In Mauerstetten, a new sports campus with a sports hall and outdoor sports areas will be built in three construction phases. The first section to be realized (from August 2019) is the hall including parking spaces. The outdoor sports areas in the south are to be realized at a later date.

In the basement, the building consists of a 3-field hall with equipment room, three double changing rooms and two multi-purpose rooms, each approx. 160 m 2nd which can also be accessed externally via a deep courtyard. On the ground floor there are the outside changing rooms (facing south towards the newly planned sports areas), several office rooms as well as the grandstand with athletes' meeting for up to 400 people and a catering kitchen.

The building is constructed as a reinforced concrete structure with a metal roof on a wooden structure and a ventilated wooden facade as the outer skin. Typical building styles are cited both externally and internally.
