The assignment is to support and support questions from executives and employees about, for example, workload, social cohesion, diversity and inclusiveness, energy/motivation, openness/transparency, feedback, discussion, work processes, vision and strategy development, dealing with change, self-organization, trust and security, talented work or new ways of working. With the latter we aim at both collaborative methods, as well as digital solutions for underwriting and shaping policy and strategy development and/or a combination thereof.
