Reconstruction of the low-parameter heating network c.o. and c.w.u. distributing heat from T-1 group heat hub to buildings at Fairytale, Krajowa Army and Kazimierz Tetmajer Break into a high-parameter heating network due to the decommissioning of the group heat hub.

In the framework of the reconstruction of the heating network, in particular:

(a) preparatory work marking the start of construction, i.e. geodetic delineation of the route of the heating network and development of the construction site,

(b) the order and supply of preinsulated heating fittings and pipes and other materials and equipment necessary for the execution of the subject of the contract,

(c) open or closed electrically welded muffs shall be used; radiation-crossed heat shrink muffs for outer coat diameters less than or equal to Dz160,

d) installation of pre-insulated heating network together with alarm installation according to the design documentation and technical specification for the performance and acceptance of construction works from moldings and pre-insulated pipes with bold insulation with a total length of the heating network ~ 976mb

(e) along the network with preinsulated heating pipes (range according to the design) lay 2xRHDPE DN40/3,7 for data transfer cables according to “guidelines for the construction of a secondary sewer network” (altogether no. 6) and perform a detailed as-construction diagram with surveying measurement,

(f) examination of all (100% quantities) of joints welded by visual and radiographic methods (in the absence of the possibility of using the radiographic method, penetration or magnetic and powder tests shall be carried out with the consent of the supervision inspector),

(g) strict as-built documentation of the alarm system, i.e. assembly diagrams, reflectometric charts, resistance measurements,

(h) strict as-built geodetic documentation of the heating network, i.e. positions of all welds, elevations of the terrain, the elevations of the heat pipes and the spacing of their wheelbase, field sketches with appropriate signs allowing them to be easily connected, surveying documentation must be performed on an ongoing basis progress of the installation works of the heating network. Specify the nominal diameter of the wire pipe and the outer diameter using the designation for example 2c600/800 for single pipes, c40+40/180 for double pipes and 2t40 symbol for secondary sewer. Two continuous lines shall be marked by the axes of single pipes; before submission of as-built surveying documentation to surveying resources, it is necessary to obtain its acceptance by the Ordering Party, dismantled heating networks must be removed from the map in the surveying resources and excluded from service mark as out of order; it is also necessary to provide information about the task performed to the surveying department in order to include/update the data in the surveying records of the so-called ZUD. The Contractor shall be obliged within 6 months of the final receipt to submit to the Contracting Authority a map with a positive verification clause and acceptance to the surveying resources of the executed network.

(i) The Contractor is obliged to obtain the consent of the owner of the site where he intends to store the materials needed for the construction

(j), if necessary, perform a project of traffic organisation and perform the correct marking according to that project,

(k) restoration of the pavement with the restoration of the site to a condition not worse than the existing one,

(l) waste management in accordance with applicable rules in this regard,

m) the protection of technical infrastructure at the point of junctions or close-ups to the heating pipes in accordance with the requirements of the owners/managers of this infrastructure,

Other description of the heating network order in accordance with Annex 3 to SWZ. The scope of work related to the delivery, installation and commissioning of nodes shall be included in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
