1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel together with the distribution service of high-methane gas fuel of group E, to gas consumption points specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ.
2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (hereinafter referred to as the OPZ), the division into tasks and the conditions for its performance were specified by the Contracting Authority in Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference and in the Material Provisions of the Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the IPU), constituting Appendix No. 8 to the Terms of Reference.
