Jönköping Municipality (the Client) invites tenderers (Supplier) to submit tenders for dairy products, primarily for preschools, schools and elderly care in Jönköping Municipality.

Jönköping Municipality has an agreement with a distributor that carries out all deliveries of food between the distributor's distribution center in Jönköping and Jönköping Municipality's units. This means that the accepted tenderer only delivers to one delivery address.

Extent

The procurement relates to food products in the dairy products sector. Does not apply to cheese or margarine.

The number of ordering units may decrease and be added during the contract period.

Estimated value and ceiling volume

The estimated value of the contract during the entire term of the contract, including any extension clauses, amounts to 49000000.

The estimated value and any other quantities stated in the document are based on the turnover of existing framework agreements, expected quantities and what has emerged in the analysis prior to the procurement. No guaranteed volumes are provided. The ceiling volume of the agreement is SEK 64000000

If the turnover of the Framework Agreement achieves the stated ceiling volume or this ratio is expected to occur in the near future, the Orderer has the right to terminate the Framework Agreement until immediate termination. Such a termination does not affect the validity of contracts entered into under the framework agreement.
