Only brand-new original goods are accepted. The contractor must provide the customer with proof of authenticity upon delivery (confirmation by the responsible manufacturer account manager). Grey goods, re-imports and used system elements are not accepted for warranty and maintenance reasons. The client also reserves the right to request proof of procurement via the manufacturer's official and certified distribution channels upon delivery.
