The purpose of the Tender is to conclude an Agreement with one (1) service provider in the field of Start Intervention Leadership Development. The intention is that the Agreement will take effect on 1 June 2023.

In summary, the specific Assignment for the Contractor is as follows:

1. The Contractor develops the various SLOs (both substantively and organisationally). This takes into account the schedules and content of the various programs. Consultations also take place with the Client, during which the Client makes the final decisions about the content, form and supervisors of an SLO;

2. The Contractor prepares an SLO together with the participant. This may look different per program;

3. The Contractor (the supervisor(s)) carries out the SLO. The version can look very different per SLO. The organization and funding of the locations where an SLO takes place is the responsibility of the Client;

4. The Contractor shall make a written report for all individual participants after each SLO. The Contractor will also make a written group analysis after each SLO;

5. The Contractor evaluates an SLO after each edition or every year in order to continue to develop the instrument permanently and to ensure that it meets the needs of the participant and the Client. The client also periodically evaluates the SLO. On the basis of its own evaluations and the evaluation of the Client, the Contractor will continue to develop the SLO continuously.
