The main purpose of the assignment is consultancy service to conduct a mid-term review of the NORHED programme in regards to 1) the progress, preliminary outcomes and possible impacts of the programme, 2) the relevance, effectiveness and efficiency of the programme, and 3) draw lessons for the remaining programme period and for potential future programme design and implementation.

14 — 16 working weeks. The tender shall not exceed NOK 1 000 000 ex. VAT.
