See II.2.4).
This design-build contract relates to the installation of central heating in 509 housing units owned by Centr'Habitat.
Indeed, our heritage still identifies a large number of homes that have gaps in terms of comfort and sanitation, linked to a non-optimal heating system (performance and maintenance costs).
To date, nearly 1,140 housing units in the rental property stock, spread over some forty cities, are still not equipped with a central heating installation. It is within this framework that a repetition of similar work by means of a negotiated procedure, in accordance with Article 42 (1)
- 509 dwellings of which 381 “with heating” are equipped with individual gas convectors and 128 others have specific configurations to be improved;
- 320 dwellings are “without heating” but equipped with gas;
- 311 dwellings are “without heating” and not equipped with gas.
As part of this contract, Centr'Habitat wishes to:
- strengthen social cohesion and sustainable development by making an effort to train, integrate or integrate socio-professional through the integration of a social clause;
- fight against social dumping;
- resort to repeating similar work (see above).
The deadline for the preliminary study phase is set in the CSC.
The contract execution period is set at 24 months with a rate of at least five installations (completely completed) per week (Monday to Friday) and an intervention of maximum five working days per accommodation.
