Delivery and installation of HS switchgear over a fixed contract period of 7 years from September 2022 with the option of contract extension for a maximum of 2 additional contract years.

Each client is free to conclude a separate framework contract in accordance with the tender documents based on the legally binding award decision. Clients also freely decide on the option of a contract extension or a new tender.

The tender is divided into two service packages (lot 1 CHC and lot 2 EWA) with a total of 14 plants according to the tender documents. Clients reserve the right to assign the switchgear to the most advantageous provider in each case. However, individual clients strive for the most uniform allocation possible and the lowest possible variety of suppliers in general.
