In accordance with Article 47 of the Utilities Directive (Directive 2014/25/EU), the Western Teens Power Heating Company I/S (VEKS) shall provide a framework agreement to cover VEKS' needs for technical advisory services for district heating.

VEKS will continuously and as necessary draw on the agreement. This is not an exclusive agreement and, therefore, VEKS is not obliged to apply the Framework Agreement.

VEKS expects to award the framework agreement to one supplier.

a. Managing district heating projects

b. Construction management

c. Supervision

d. Quality assurance

e. Sizing

f. Tenders and invitations for offer

g. Hydraulic analyses

h. Technical review of customer installations

i. GIS services

j. Planning services and project proposals

k. Parcelhouse conversions
