The subject of the study is the renovation of the surface and the creation of flower carpets on Rynek Street, on Dz. 252/3, 438, 440/13, 441/4 and 437 in Bytom Odrzańskie, within the boundaries marked on the map in the design documentation. The planned works are, m.in.: a. Planting new trees in a regular rhythm and 3 others additionally. b. Introduction of flower beds with a predominance of quality roses with ADR certificate in reference to the tradition of plantings on the market in the 70s and 80s of the twentieth century Laying the surface of mineral-resin water-permeable, d. Setting of poles (forming 5 supports for artistic installations) dismantled in the winter season, connected by beams with stretched cords with fixed wires with light bulbs. Seasonal introduction of decorative elements in the form of colorful elements exchanged seasonally such as: umbrellas. e. The areas of root bowls of existing trees - common maples "Globosum" - are intended for enlargement and revitalization. f. Installation of water reservoirs – small elements to improve the microclimate and aesthetics of the place: hemisphere - bowl and stone cube. g. Elements of small equipment – decoration: supports for climbing roses 170 cm high – prisms topped with a sphere, columns for artistic installations forming summer pavilions ABC and D. The detailed scope of works is determined by bills of quantities. The contracting authority requires a guarantee of 12 months for services related to the maintenance of green areas, 24 months for the delivery and installation of elements of small architecture and min. 36 months for construction works in the field of surface works.
