Lyse Neo AS needs to enter into a contract with one supplier of internal piping works for district heating and district cooling through a framework agreement.

The invitation to tender applies to a framework agreement for internal piping works related to district heating and district cooling systems. The Contracting Authority needs internal piping works in connection with the development, operation and maintenance of the Contracting Authority's infrastructure for district heating and district cooling.

To cover the need for internal piping works, the Contracting Authority needs to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer who can provide these services.

* Project and operation related piping work

* Delivery of customer centres for district cooling (option)
