The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in granting a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 3,600,000.00 (in words: three million six hundred thousand zlotys 00/100) to finance the planned budget deficit on the following terms: 1) PLN loan; 2) loan period 9 years; 3) variable interest rate on the loan; calculated for each monthly interest period based on the WIBOR 1M index; 4) grace period in repayment of the loan – until 29.02.2024; 5) repayment of capital in accordance with Annex 5 to the SWZ entitled "Repayment of capital installments"; 6) interest repayment – on an ongoing basis on the amount of the loan mobilised, on a monthly basis; the contractor will not charge interest on the amount of unused credit; 7) launching the loan – non-cash, one-off or in tranches carried out on the borrower's payment order; 8) collateral for the loan – a blank promissory note with a promissory note declaration with the countersignature of the District Treasurer equal to the value of the debt during the term of the contract, 9) commission for starting the loan charged at the start of the tranche and calculated on the amount of the loan tranche to be launched; the contractor will not charge a commission on the amount of unused credit; 10) the ordering party reserves the right to use part of the granted credit without incurring additional fees for non-use of the entire credit granted; 11) the ordering party reserves the right to repay part or all of the loan early without incurring additional fees, whereby any repayment will take place after notifying the Contractor of the planned early repayment at least 10 days in advance; 12) the ordering party reserves the right to change the repayment schedule of loan installments within the applicable loan period without incurring additional fees.
