The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and development of municipal waste from property owners residing in the area of the Municipality of Strzyżów from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2022, the provision of services in the field of organizing and running the stationary Point Selective collection of municipal waste within the community of Strzyżów and transport and development of collected segregated municipal waste in municipal installations or recovery or waste disposal installations in accordance with the hierarchy of waste handling referred to in Article 17 of the Law of 14 December 2012 on Waste. Receipt of waste from the area of the municipality Strzyżów from 15 localities in approximately 15,700 people residing in approximately 5032 properties. Total estimated mass of waste approx.: 3,775 Mg

The subject of the contract is: the provision of a service consisting in the collection and development of municipal waste from property owners residing in the territory of the Municipality of Strzyżów from 01.01.2022r. to 31.12.2022, the provision of services in the field of organizing and running of the stationary Point Selective collection of municipal waste within the community of Strzyżów and transport and development of collected segregated municipal waste in municipal installations or recovery or waste disposal installations in accordance with the hierarchy of waste handling referred to in Article 17 of the Law of 14 December 2012 on Waste. Reception of waste from the municipality Strzyżów from 15 villages: Strzyżów, Bonarówka, Brzeżanka, Dobrzechów, Gbiska, Glinik Charzewski, Glinik Zaborowski, Godowa, Grodzisko, Łętownia, Tropie, Wysoka Strzyżowska, Zawadka, Żarnowa, Żynowo. The number of residents included in the submission declarations with the amount of municipal waste management fee is approximately 15,700 persons residing in approximately 5032 properties. Total estimated mass of waste approx.: 3,775 Mg. Area of the Municipality of Strzyżów c. 140,23 km2. In the framework of waste management, the waste taker shall be obliged to transfer the received mixed municipal waste to the obligatory municipal installations or thermal waste treatment facilities indicated in the offer. The Contractor shall be obliged for the duration of the contract to dispose of vehicles in the quantity necessary for the proper execution of the contract, equipped to receive individual fractions of waste, in a manner that excludes the mixing of waste.
