The assignment includes the development, realization and financing of a building plan on lot 10B (Amstelkwartier 3rd phase) with space for a maximum of 16,100 m² GFA for living (free sector and medium-priced rent), a 'full-service' supermarket + other retail and (small-scale) business annex office space.

Plot area 3,726 m². Size of building plan maximum 16,100 m² gfa, of which living maximum 13,000 m² gfa and non-living maximum 3,100 m² gfa. Housing program includes up to 130 homes, of which a maximum of 20 are free sector and remaining medium-priced rent. Non-residential program includes a maximum of 2,000 m² gfa supermarket, maximum 400 m² gfa (other) retail and a maximum of 700 m² gfa business annex office space.
