The purpose of the consultation is to supply electronic components/titanium screws and the manufacture of mechanical parts for the DORN instrument on behalf of the CNRS — Laboratory — Institute of Research in Astrophysics and Planetology (IRAP-UMR5277). The consultation is part of the Chinese space mission Chang'E6 dedicated to the collection of lunar samples. The Chang' space mission is likely to be renewed.
The consultation is divided into six (6) lots. Each batch is one (1) single-award framework agreement that executes on purchase orders and subsequent contracts pursuant to Article R. 2162-3 of the Public Order Code. Each framework agreement is concluded with a minimum quantity and no maximum in accordance with Article R. 2162-4-2º of the Public Order Code. Procurement of FusiORT and POL components for the PFM modelThe batch is one (1) single-award framework agreement.
The framework agreement applies to purchase orders and subsequent contracts pursuant to Article R. 2162-3 of the Public Order Code.
Purchase Order Part: Special Clauses (CCP) No.21160 dated 23.04.2021 specifies the technical specifications of Fusiort/POL components required by IRAP to perform its work in assembling the DORN instrument. The contracting authority may order these components and a screening service (Burn-in) by purchase orders directly on the basis of the framework agreement. The framework agreement is concluded with a minimum quantity and no maximum in accordance with Article R. 2162-4.2º of the Public Order Code. Notification of the framework agreement is worth ordering the minimum part. The minimum part is detailed in CCP No. 21160 of 23.4.2021.
Party to subsequent contracts: during the assembly of the DORN, the contracting authority may have requirements for Fusiort/POL components whose technical specifications differ from those indicated in CCP No 21160 of 23.4.2021. If a need arises, subsequent contracts will be contracted on the basis of the framework agreement.
