Purpose of the adoption

The purpose of the adoption is to:

- To install a separate sewerage system along the N10 from Houwstraat in Berlaar to Wouwerstraat in Heist-op-den-Berg;

- Separate one-way cycle paths along the N10 from Houwstraat in Berlaar to Wouwerstraat in Heist-op-den-Berg;

- Renewal of top layer from the Houwstraat in Berlaar to Wouwerstraat in Heist-op-den-Berg;

- Construction of an access road between intersection N10xN15 and Wouwerstraat;

- Redevelopment of intersection N10xN15: construction of a turbo-ovonde with tunnelling for cyclists in reinforced concrete.

Description of the works

The contract mainly comprises:

- Preparatory works (organization of construction site and temporary measures, demolition elements, felling of trees, ...);

- Construction of RWA and DWA system;

- Landscaping;

- earthmoving;

- Road works;

- Shoring and dewatering of construction pits;

- Concrete, reinforcement and concrete structures: 5 access lanes and 7 tunnels including pump cellar;

- The related works;

- maintenance of the works during the guarantee period.
