The benefits resulting from this transaction are divided into three main lots, plus a conditional batch 4, as follows:

— lot 1: transport from the West Indies to a destination in the West Indies;

— lot 2: transport organized by a component or a department of the university from the West Indies for all cities in metropolitan France;

— Lot 3: transport organized by a component or department of the university to any destination other than those indicated in Lots 1 and 2;

— Lot 4 (conditional): provided that none of the first three lots have been awarded to a travel agency, a Lot 4 may be awarded.

Transport from the West Indies to a destination in the West Indies.

Departing from the West Indies to Metropolitan France and Corsica or from Metropolitan France or Corsica to the West Indies.

Transport for all destinations other than those indicated in Lots 1 and 2.

Conditional Lot — provided that none of the first three lots have been awarded to a travel agency for services ancillary to this contract. These include but not limited to: hotel bookings, car rentals (outside the West Indies), reservation of train tickets.
