HUS Group invites tenders for flexible endoscopy equipment. The devices are so-called. multifunctional, i.e. they are always cleaned and dried after use. The package also includes, as a mandatory option, a tower complex compatible with the equipment, which must be offered.

The object of the procurement includes scopes offered as voluntary options, as well as equipment-specific consumables and other necessary accessories, such as washing and cleaning supplies, related to the products offered. During the contract period, products belonging to the product groups covered by the contract may also be purchased, in accordance with the estimated value of the contract, and offered as additional products. It is also possible to acquire value-added services.

The actual contract period is two (2) years and may be extended by two option periods of one (1) year. The agreement on device-specific consumables is valid for four (4) years, after which it will continue until further notice.

This is a joint procurement of several contracting entities, which is carried out as a procurement ring. The products requested in this invitation to tender will be used by: HUS Group (HUS), South Karelia wellbeing services county, Kymenlaakso wellbeing services county and Päijät-Häme wellbeing services county. The estimated total value of the procurement (VAT 0%) is approximately EUR 9.6 million. This is an estimate, and the contracting entity does not commit to the declared euro amounts or the actual consumption amounts stated in the invitation to tender. The final order quantities may be higher or lower than stated.

Subdivision 1 includes gastroscopes. The purpose of the gastroscope is endoscopy of the stomach and the initial part of the small intestine. All products offered must be suitable for their intended use.

Section 8 is an optional option. This area includes other flexible endoscopy devices that the Provider includes in its offer. Equipment can be ordered during the contract period according to needs. Lot 8 alone cannot be offered, but the offer must include at least one of Lots 1-6 and Lot 7.

Section 7 is a mandatory option that must be offered. This area includes a mobile tower assembly compatible with all endoscopes included in the Provider's offer, as well as its accessories and parts. Tower assemblies will be ordered during the contract period as needed.

Tenders cannot be submitted only for lot 7, but must also include at least one of the lots 1-6.

Subdivision 2 includes colonoscopes. The purpose of the colonoscope is endoscopy of the colon. All products offered must be suitable for their intended use.

Subdivision 4 targets bronchoscopes. The purpose of the bronchoscope is bronchoscopy. All products offered must be suitable for their intended use.

Subdivision 3 targets doudenoscopes. The purpose of the duodenoscope is endoscopic examinations of the biliary and/or pancreatic tracts. All products offered must be suitable for their intended use.

Subdivision 5 targets cystoscopes. The purpose of the cystoscope is endoscopy of the bladder. All products offered must be suitable for their intended use.

Subdivision 6 targets ureteroscopes. The purpose of the ureteroscope is endoscopy of the urinary tract and bladder and removal of urinary stones. All products offered must be suitable for their intended use.
