The subject of the contract is the production and delivery of brand new low-floor hydrogen city buses (3 pieces) with a length in the range of 11.5 m – 12.5 m with equipment.

1) The subject of the contract is the production and delivery of brand new low-floor hydrogen city buses (3 pieces) with a length in the range of 11.5 m – 12.5 m with equipment.

2) The offered buses must be of one brand, identical in terms of construction, technical parameters and completion and equipment.

3) A detailed description of the subject of the contract constitutes Annex 12 to the SWZ

4) The contract is financed from a grant from the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management and from a loan from the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management. Priority program of the NFEP&WM entitled "Green public transport", project: "Purchase of zero-emission hydrogen buses for the Municipality of Świdnik".

5) The ordered buses are to be made using the latest technological achievements and workshop knowledge ensuring trouble-free operation with minimal current maintenance work. Materials tested and approved for use are to be used for production.

6) All vehicles must have the necessary documents allowing for sale and registration in Poland.

7) The Contractor shall guarantee the proper construction of vehicles (m.in. quality and selection of materials used) and their execution in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
