The intended assignment comprises the provision of managed ICT Services for (at the start of the agreement) approximately 135 employees. There is a possibility that the size of the agreement will eventually grow to 400 employees within the term, spread throughout the NETHERLANDS. The (on-site) support of home workplaces will therefore form an important part of the required Managed ICT Services.

The VfPf office in Rotterdam has 55 physical workplaces. In addition, there are approximately thirty workstations available onshore.

It is expected that the majority of the applications will have been migrated to an Azure environment or to a Saas solution at the time of commencement of the contract. With this change, only the acquisition of licenses, as far as the Azure environment is concerned, and maintaining the existing links are part of the scope. All users at the start of the agreement have been migrated to a Microsoft365 environment.
