The Ordering Party expects that the software will be offered in the cheapest licensing variant for a given version of the program (Edu/gov/org variant, etc.), provided that in accordance with the policy pursued by the software manufacturer, the Ordering Party is entitled to such a license.

1.3. purchase of a professional laptop (61 pieces)

The Ordering Party expects that the software will be offered in the cheapest licensing variant for a given version of the program (Edu/gov/org variant, etc.), provided that in accordance with the policy pursued by the software manufacturer, the Ordering Party is entitled to such a license.

Whenever the description of the subject of the contract refers to the brands of specific manufacturers, it means the quality standard required by the Ordering Party. The proper names used are intended to indicate the type of computer equipment on which the Ordering Party works and the type of IT services used so far by the Ordering Party. It is allowed to submit offers for equipment of other manufacturers (equivalent equipment), but with technical and quality parameters not worse than indicated or constituting exact equivalents of products listed in the Description of the subject of the contract. In addition, the technical cooperation of the offered counterparts must be collision-free and maintained at a level not lower than that of the products listed in this specification.

All devices and software must come from official distribution channels in the Republic of Poland.

Where the contractor offers software licences other than those indicated above, the software shall meet the equivalence requirements set out in point IV

Each laptop in Part 1 should be equipped with an operating system, i.e. Windows 10/11 Pro operating system installed or an equivalent 64-bit operating system (brand new, unused software).

Where the contractor offers software licences other than those indicated above, the software shall comply with the equivalence requirements set out in point II A).
