The need is due to an increased need for capacity, and the fact that the equipment in the current central operations platform has reached its technical lifetime. Furthermore, the contracting authority has a need for maintenance of the delivered equipment after call-off contracts for procurements under the framework agreement have been held. Otherwise the contracting authority needs technical consultancy services related to the system. The framework agreement and maintenance contract will cover these needs.
