Purchase of electricity for cubature facilities, street signaling, road lighting, road signs and boards and other devices powered by electricity, managed by organizational units of GDDKiA O/Kielce.

The subject of this contract is the purchase/supply of electricity in the amount of approximately 4 999 000 kWh within the meaning of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (hereinafter: PE) (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) to administrative and office buildings as well as road infrastructure facilities and equipment managed by GDDKiA Branch in Kielce, in accordance with the provisions of the EP Act for a period of 12 months.
