The National Roads Authority ("the contracting authority") is acting as a central purchasing body in respect of amulti party framework agreement ("the framework agreement") for the provision of multi-disciplinary consultancyservices for roads related projects ("the Services") with an anticipated duration of 2 years, with a possibleextension, at the sole discretion of the Contracting Authority, for a further twelve months.

The List of Public Bodies that will be entitled (but not obliged) to draw down Services from the Framework Agreement in accordance with the rules of the framework agreement are set out in section VI.3 of this contractnotice.

The services required are.

Lot 1.

For the delivery of Road Safety Inspections on defined routes on the National Road Network on behalf of the National Roads Authority.

Lot 2, 3, and 4.

For the delivery of Road Safety Audits on Road Schemes on the National Road Network on Behalf of theNational Roads Authority and Local Authorities.
