In accordance with the terms and conditions of these specifications, the successful tenderer undertakes to the contracting authority:

1) to provide support for any development based on WSO2;

2) to provide support services (resolution of bugs and transmission of corrective patches) of the WSO2 software suite.

The successful tenderer commits to the contracting authority:

1) to provide support for any development based on WSO2;

2) to provide support services (resolution of bugs and transmission of corrective patches) of the WSO2 software suite.

The services and technical specifications are described in volume B of the special specifications.
