The aim of the tender is to conclude a framework agreement for the production and delivery of various promotional items branded with the logo of the Berlin brand.
Lot 1: Standard range of advertising materialLot 1 includes giveaways for adults and children as well as higher-quality giveaways. The focus of the selection is on sustainable aspects in order to credibly reach an environmentally conscious target group. The promotional items should be meaningful and durable and, if possible, through environmental seals, such as FSC, GOTS or Fairtrade
be certified. Packaging, if necessary, should be biodegradable. The use of ecological, organic and recycled materials is intended to create a lasting positive impression for the Berlin brand. The contractor should provide advice and also point out new trends and materials.
Lot 2: Upcycling products from advertising tarpaulinsLot 2 includes various products made from recycled tarpaulins. The tarpaulins are usually provided by Berlin Partner, come from past events with various 4-color prints and are usually PVC / frontlit banner B 1 (510g/m). If necessary, it must also be possible to retrieve the materials used from the contractor. The desired articles are always equipped with a label with the Berlin logo and a pendant with reference to the origin of the material ("I used to be an advertising banner").
Lot 3: Sustainable ready-to-wear with brandingLot 3 includes individual and original clothing items that are produced and delivered under sustainable aspects, i.e. textiles that are made with respect for people and the environment. The aim is to include clothing items in the assortment that have been produced organic, fair, recycled or vegan. All designs and colour design elements are based on the Berlin Partner Brandboard.
