Scope and purpose

The agreement covers two areas: Winter road maintenance in the form of snow plowing and anti-skidding with stone chips and Cleaning of the outdoor environment including collection of leaves and stone chips.

The assignment is divided into six (6) areas where tenderers can submit one or more tenders. After the procurement, the customer then appoints a supplier for each area. Only one supplier/performer is admitted per area. A supplier can be accepted for all areas.

Operations relating to the framework agreement area may be conducted under the Client's own auspices. In such cases, the framework agreement is to be regarded as a complement to the company's own activities.

Please note that there may already be agreements in force for activities that concern the area of the framework agreement. These agreements shall not cease to have effect as a result of this Framework Agreement.
