1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of medical materials – disposable equipment for the needs of the hospital pharmacy for hospital wards.
2. The subject of the order is divided into 9 parts, hereinafter referred to as Packages. The offer may cover the entire order or selected packages. The offer for its validity in a given package must be made for all items. The contracting authority does not allow bidding for selected items as part of packages.
3. In detail, the subject of the order is described in Annex 1 to the SWZ, i.e. the price form (quantitative and assortment specification).
