1. The object of the order is the delivery with the installation and commissioning of medical equipment for the purposes of the Central Sterilizer of the WS SP ZOZ in Nowa Salt as part of the Modernization task by expanding the operational block of the Multispecialist Hospital SPZOZ in Nowa Salt.

The object of the contract is the delivery of equipment with its assembly and commissioning within the time limit set in consultation with the general contractor of construction works, investor supervision and the Ordering Party. The specification item listed in Annex 1 to SWZ will be delivered to the upgraded operating block for the purpose of equipping the Central Sterilizer. Currently, construction works are being carried out by Climamedic sp. z o.o. sp.k.

With completion date of construction works by 31.12.2021.

The Contracting Authority shall not allow delivery to the premises of the Ordering Party. Equipment is to be delivered directly to the construction and built-in.

The activation of the equipment will occur after the construction works are completed and a use permit is obtained.

1. Steam sterilizer through-capacity 8 JS including equipment:, Wash and disinfectant 18 trays with equipment, Wash and disinfectant for washing and disinfecting trucks and transport containers including manual surface washing equipment, Hydrogen peroxide sterilizer with plasma.
