The contracting authority named in point 1 intends to enter into a framework agreement for hiring and washing of clothing for Øverhagaen residential, health and care centre (ØBHVS), Gjøsvika nursing home and the home care service in Røros municipality. This includes collecting and delivering the clothing.

The purpose of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority's ongoing need for clothing for institutional patients

and healthcare personnel in an efficient way, and reduce the transaction costs associated with the service.

 The contracting authority believes that a good and close dialogue with the tenderer throughout the contract period is

essential to fulfil its purpose.
