Educational and educational services and guided visits to different audiences in the equipment of the Born Culture and Memory Center of the Institute of Culture of Barcelona, with sustainable public procurement measures.

The object of the contract is the provision of activities and visits of the Educational Services of the Born Culture and Memory Center according to the activities that have been broken down in the previous section and which are the following:

1.1. The organization, management, coordination, monitoring and qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the educational programs object of the contract, the training of educators, and other personnel that develops the service with the definition of the human and technical resources plan for the optimal provision of the same, including the coordination and face-to-face monitoring of the service object of the contract.

1.2. The creation, production, adaptation, pedagogical advice, updating and dissemination of the contents of the activities and didactic materials that complement the program of educational activities designed and produced by the Born CCM where appropriate, without having its exclusivity and reserving the Center the right to entrust it to other companies or third parties.

1.3. The provision of the telephone information service and the management and reservation of all educational activities and all the programming of the Center of the Center.

1.4. The realization and implementation of the activities according to the stable and annual educational programming of the Center following the typologies and formats described in this specification, providing the personnel, equipment and material necessary for its optimal development.
