Verification of executive designs (construction and industry) developed as part of a separate procedure previously conducted by the Contracting Authority for the design and construction of a sorting hall, in terms of compliance with the technological guidelines set by the technology supplier selected in this tender procedure.
Delivery and assembly of brand new technological equipment including at least: bag ripper, drum sieve, baling press with perforator, optical separators – min. 3 pcs. (plastics and two for 3D plastics), ballistic separator – min 1 pc., ferrous metal separator – 1 pc., all types of specialized belt conveyors for technological connections into a functional whole – 1 set, i.e. m.in. feeding, connecting, sorting, accelerating conveyors for optical separators, overflows and separation chambers for accelerating conveyors, sorting cabins - a set according to the contractor's design with a ventilation system, heating and cooling, compressor station with an installation supplying compressed air to optical separators, required steel and communication structures.
Integration of machinery and equipment into the sorting hall according to the existing construction project. Installation of local power supply for technological equipment of waste sorting plants from dispersed points, to which the required electrical power supply will be supplied as part of general construction works related to the construction of the sorting hall. Execution of control and visualization systems for the waste sorting technological line.
Development of commissioning and operating documentation. Commissioning and commissioning of a complete waste sorting technological line. Development of operating instructions for the sorting technological line. Conducting start-ups and training in the field of operation, maintenance, servicing, health and safety. Taking over responsibility for all new machines and equipment delivered as part of the subject of this order, constituting technological equipment of the municipal waste sorting line. Delivery of complete acceptance documentation, including DTR, Declaration of Performance for built-in elements, Certificates of conformity of machines and equipment with CE standards, including as-built drawing and descriptive documentation in Polish. Providing warranty service with the time of response, arrival and proceeding to remove defects of the Contractor's service representative (unless the defect is removed remotely) within a maximum of 3 working days from the receipt of the notification from the Ordering Party's representative, with the provision of Polish-language service at all stages of the service procedure, both the Contractor's service as well as the service of subcontractors and suppliers of individual devices or installations.
Preparation and provision to the Ordering Party of the necessary data relating to the scope of the contract, allowing the Contracting Authority to obtain agreements, opinions and permits required by the provisions of the construction law and environmental protection to complete the investment process and start operating the technological installation.
On-the-job training of the Ordering Party's staff in the field of installed technology and conducting training on a similar installation based on the requirements of this OPZ.
