The service includes:
1. Collection of municipal waste from real estate on which residents live and from uninhabited real estate - sector I covering the municipalities of Podedwórze and Sosnówka.
2. Transport of municipal waste from the area of communes including the communes of Podedwórze and Sosnówka - Sector No. I, to the place of their utilization, ie: municipal installation - ZZO MZC Sp. z o. o., 22-200 Włodawa, ul. Komunalna 22, municipal installation indicated alternatively by the contracting authority in the event of a failure of the installation referred to above.

The subject of the order is the service called Collection and transport of municipal waste (2020–2023) from inhabited and uninhabited real estate located in the following municipalities: Podedwórze and Sosnówka - Sector No. I MZC z / s in Włodawa. The service includes:
1. collection of all municipal waste from real estate located on ter.gm. belonging to the MZC z / s in Włodawa,
2. transport of all municipal waste collected from the municipalities belonging to the MZC z / s in Włodawa to the place of their disposal indicated by the contracting authority.
Collection of municipal waste generated on public roads was excluded from the subject of the contract.
The ordered item will be implemented in the following way:
1. ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods, and reduction of the mass of biodegradable wastes transferred to storage in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune (Journal of Laws from 2019 item 2010) and Voivodship Business Plan Waste, adopted by a resolution of the Provincial Assembly. No. XXIV / 349/2016 from 2/12/2016 in press Adoption of the Gos. for the province. Lub. 2022
2. in accordance with the resolution No. VII.18.20 of the MZC Meeting in / in Włodawa from 5.2.2020 in Spr. a detailed method and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste (Journal of Laws Woj. Lubel. from 2020 item 1147),
3. in accordance with resolution No. VII.17.20 of the MZC Meeting in / in Włodawa dated 5.2.2020 in press adoption of Reg. maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune belonging to the MZC z / s in Włodawa in the field of municipal waste management (Journal of Laws of the Lublin Voivodeship from 2020 item 1146),
4. compliant with other provisions of law (including laws, ordinances, acts of local law) applicable in the scope of the subject of the contract, in particular regarding the method of performing the service covered by the contract
5. guaranteeing that they will not be mixed with other types of waste collected separately at source, broken down into:
a) glass with the codes: 200102 and 150107,
b) paper with codes: 200101 and 150101,
c) metal and plastics with the codes: 200139.150102,150104,200140 and 150105,
d) bio-waste with codes: 200201 and 200108,
e) mixed (residual) waste with the code 200301,
f) bulky waste and tires with codes: 200307 and 160103,
g) used electric and electronic equipment with codes: 200135 and 200136,
h) slags and ashes with codes: Ex203099 and 200199.

Transport with multi-chamber vehicles for different waste fractions is allowed, ensuring that they do not mix during unloading. It is forbidden to mix selectively collected municipal waste with mixed municipal waste collected from property owners and selectively collected municipal waste of various types with each other. In this regard, the Contractor is required to inspect vehicles transporting waste each time on request to authorized employees of the contracting authority. ZZO, to which waste will be delivered for disposal is also authorized for such control and verification

4. Total amount of waste collected in 2019 from real estate covered by the system - 450.07 Mg.
