The purpose of the consultation is to create a model resulting from the convergence of the techniques of the various engineering systems involved in the social real estate sector with the aim of optimising and sustaining expenditure related to the maintenance and adaptation of the Office's assets in order to cope with the ageing of the population while integrating a component of home care for the elderly in view of the economic difficulties encountered by these Populations.

It has been passed in accordance with the provisions of Articles R2272-33 and 34 of the CCP in the continuity of the national public research program "BIM digital model good practices and experiments and will give rise to the establishment:

- an experimental protocol between the OPH Cannes Pays de Lérins (OPHCPL) and the PUCA

- an experimental agreement between the OPHCPL, the PUCA and the holder.

This is exclusively reserved for holders of the PUCA BIM convention

Extension and thermal rehabilitation work on RIOU PERRIER residences with optimization of operating costs.

For extension works, the estimated overall duration of the contract is estimated at 96 months from the date of notification of the contract.

The contractual execution deadlines are set as follows:

o Design phase: 12 months from the start-up service order

o Implementation phase: 24 months from the start-up service order

o Operation phase: Follow-up with analysis and recommendation as part of the operating solution selected in accordance with the protocol and the experimental agreement.

The rehabilitation operations will take place in parallel with the mission of Conception Réalisation. The duration of the rehabilitation may not exceed the duration allocated to the extension works.

As an indication and forecast, the schedule of the award procedure is envisaged as follows:

Application deadline: December 22, 2023

Date of information to successful and unsuccessful candidates for the offer phase: 1st fortnight of February 2024

Deadline for submission of initial tenders: 1st half of May 2024

Maximum duration of dialogue: Until 30 November 2024 with as many rounds of dialogue as necessary

Notification of the contract: December 2024.
