legal advice and support in the preparation, market consultation, negotiation, closure
and follow-up of assignments and agreements within the framework of PPP for the realization of
infrastructure, the provision of infrastructure or services provided by a private party
provides the basis of infrastructure to be realized by it. This includes assistance with the
formatting of assignment documents, DB (F) M agreements, support for negotiations,
assessment of candidates and tenders, punctual opinions,...
