The framework agreement concerns the assignment - through subsequent application contracts - of technical architectural and engineering services related to the drafting of the technical and economic feasibility project, of the final and executive project, safety coordination during the design and execution phase and the construction management, of the new primary school to be built in via Rossini in Bellaria Igea Marina, from draw up pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 50 of 18.04.2016 and the regulations still in force of Presidential Decree no. 207 of 05.10.2010.

The framework agreement concerns the assignment - through subsequent application contracts - of technical architectural and engineering services related to the drafting of the technical and economic feasibility project, of the final and executive project, safety coordination during the design and execution phase and the construction management, of the new primary school to be built in via Rossini in Bellaria Igea Marina, from draw up pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 50 of 18.04.2016 and the regulations still in force of Presidential Decree no. 207 of 05.10.2010.

The following are included in the custody:

- technical services for the design of plants and building parts with characteristics that comply with current fire prevention regulations to be drawn up and signed by a technical professional qualified in the field of fire prevention (registered in the list of professionals held by the Ministry of the Interior referred to in art. 16, paragraph 4, of Legislative Decree no. 139 and subsequent amendments. (ex law no. 818/1984) [services necessary for obtaining the Fire Prevention Certificate (ICC) or, if admitted, the authorization act homologous to the ICC (FIRE SCIA) pursuant to the relevant regulations] .

- safety coordination during design (CSP) and execution (CSE).

- the geological report necessary to be able to draw up the definitive/executive design of the foundation works of the structure to be built, for which the figure is necessary in the competing subject professional of the GEOLOGIST whose performance is not subcontractable.
