The municipality is looking for one party for the daily maintenance of works of art, activities mainly concern:

• Restoration of safety (e.g. updating wear layer, replacing decking boards, repairing handrails);

• Restoration of functionality (e.g. repair of Artwork parts and adjacent pavements;

• Restoring sustainability (e.g. conservation actions);

• Recovery of image quality (e.g. cleaning of surfaces);

• Applying and applying traffic measures for carrying out work of own work;

• Take care of the necessary permits for your own work;

• Handle reports: receive, review, secure/recover and unsubscribe;

In order to maintain and clean Works of Art in the future, a new framework agreement will be tendered that will enter into force on 1 January 2024. The Contract to be tendered "Framework Agreement Daily Maintenance Works of Art 2024-2026" consists of a Framework Agreement with a term of three years with the possibility to unilaterally extend the contract period by the Client by a maximum of two one year.
