-Software licenses (purchase or rental licenses) for a ticketing software with a German-language user interface for the sale of approx. 330,000 tickets per year for three divisions and various own and external venues of different capacities
-Operation of the software as part of an outsourcing/cloud operating model including maintenance and support of the ticketing software
-Services for the conception, implementation and commissioning of the ticketing software
-Implementation of training courses
-Qualified support from Monday to Sunday from 8:00 to 20:00
quota for additional on-demand support beyond support and maintenance services
