Consultation initiated by a group of orders. The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. Each batch will be allocated separately. The group of orders made up of the municipalities of Balaruc-le-Vieux, Bouzigues, Frontignan-la-Peyrade, Loupian, Mèze (and its CCAS), Marseillan, Mireval, Poussan, Sète (and its CCAS), the agglomeration of Sète Agglopôle Méditerranée and the joint union of the Bassin de Thau, members of the coordinating group of orders by Sète Agglopôle Méditerranée, hereinafter designated the contracting authority, implements a framework agreement for purchase orders allotted with telecommunications services operated for the particular needs of each member of the grouping.

The telecommunications services market covers:

— fixed telephony services, Internet and Intranet network services,

— mobile telephony services and “Machine to Machine” services.
