1. The object of the contract is the purchase of electricity within the meaning of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy right to:

1) the facilities located within the municipality of Stare Babice — Part 1 of the order;

2) the objects of the Municipal Enterprise Eko-Babice Sp. z o.o. — Part 2 of the order;

3) objects located within the municipality of Leszno — part 3 of the order.

2. Electricity will be supplied to the Contracting Authority's energy collection points (including the budget units of Stare Babice Municipality and Leszno Municipality), as indicated in the Annexes to the SWZ:

1) for parts No 1 — No 10a and 10b;

2) for Part 2 — No 10c;

3) for Part 3 — No 10d

3. The estimated amount of energy for each part during the period of implementation of the contract shall be:

1) for part 1 — 6 634,470 MWh;

2) for Part 2 — 6,387,920 MWh;

3) for Part 3 — 3 540,544 MWh;

4. The subject of the contract does not include the provision of electricity distribution services concluded by the Contractor with the DSO.

(a) Elementary School in Koczargs Old,

b) Primary School in Stary Babice,

c) The Kindergarten School in Borzęcin Large,

d) Elementary School in Zielonki Parceli,

e) Kindergarten in Old Babice,

f) Kindergarten in Jasiński's Scar,

(g) Municipal Sports and Recreation Centre;

4. The estimated amount of energy for individual parts during the period of implementation of the contract shall be:

1) for part 1 — 6 634,470 MWh

The subject of the contract does not include the provision of electricity distribution services concluded by the Contractor with the Distribution Network Operator.

The subject of the contract does not include the provision of electricity distribution services concluded by the Contractor with the Distribution Network Operator.

Electricity will be supplied to the Contracting Authority's energy collection points (including the budget units of Stare Babice Municipality and Leszno Municipality), indicated in the Annexes to SWZ: for Part No 3 — No 10d

The budgetary units referred to in the section above shall include:

1) The budget units of the Municipality of Leszno:

(a) Primary School in Leszno,

(b) Primary School in Zaborov,

c) Public Kindergarten in Zaborowo,

d) Public Kindergarten in Leszno.

The estimated amount of energy for individual parts during the period of implementation of the contract shall be: for Part 3, 3,540,544 MWh;
