The Johannes-Gigas School in Lügde will be completely renovated by the end of 2021. The construction project will be implemented in 6 construction phases while the school is still in operation.
Part of the tender are the metal construction work required for the renovation, mullion / transom façade and fire protection doors with a loose structure of the items according to the respective funding agencies or urban share. The lot-wise structure in the course text is used exclusively for cost center accounting. The contract is awarded as a whole. Total: approx. 250 m
