The city of Hanau plans to expand the Theodor-Heuss-Grundschule into a 4-speed primary school with afternoon care in the Hanau district of Steinheim.

The listed building with a gross floor area of 1,950m² is to be connected to the new extension with approx. 1600m² GFA.

Planning for the new building is to take place in 2023/24.

Planning services are required for this, which are to be awarded in connection with the facility 10 in accordance with HOAI 2021, Part 3 Property Planning §33 et seq.

Planning is scheduled to begin in mid-2023. Execution is expected to begin by the end of 2024. For this purpose, services are to be awarded in accordance with HOAI 2021, Part 3 Object Planning §33 ff in conjunction with Annex 10. The work phases 2 - 8 are to be commissioned.
