An open procedure above the Community threshold is launched, pursuant to art. 60 of Legislative Decree 50/16, for the assignment of the armed security service at the stations and stops of the RES network, lasting two years or an option of equal duration. The subject of this contract are armed security services to be carried out with security guards, with the aim of ensuring the safety of passengers in the areas, stations and stops of the RES network, in accordance with the provisions of current legislation and in particular by Ministerial Decree no. 269/2010 and Ministerial Decree no. 154/2009 on "[...] provisions for the award of subsidiary security services within ports, railway stations and related means of transport and depots, metropolitan railway stations and related means of transport and storage". The contract also provides for the option of awarding the custody services of the offices and the main buildings of the network (warehouses, stations, etc.).
