The procurement procedure used is: open tendering. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L2124-2, R2124-2 1° and R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. The Framework Agreement with maximum is entered into pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R2162-1 to R2162-12 of the French Public Procurement Code. It will result in subsequent contracts. Each lot will be awarded to a maximum of 5 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of tenders). The services are divided into 4 lots. The Framework Agreement is concluded from the date of notification of the contract until 31/12/2027
