Framework agreement for the delivery of fresh bread, pastry products, patisserie and pre-baked baguettes frozen for a maximum period of 3 years

Future new delivery points have the same delivery conditions as those of the delivery points specified above.

This contract involves the conclusion of a framework agreement for the delivery of the following lots concerning fresh bread, pastry products, patisserie and pre-baked baguette frozen:

• Lot 1: fresh bread cut and packaged

• Lot 2: freshly packed slices of bread

• Lot 3: patisserie prepackaged and without price

• Lot 4: patisserie

• Lot 5: pastry products

• Lot 6: French bread frozen pre-baked
