The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in the management of Waste, i.e. stabilized municipal sewage sludge with the code 19 08 05 from WOŚ through recovery or disposal in the amount of 15 000 Mg.
1. The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in the management of Waste, i.e. stabilized municipal sewage sludge with the code 19 08 05 from WOŚ through recovery or disposal in the amount of 15 000 Mg.
2. Acceptance of waste for management may take place only on the basis of the Decision held by the Contractor, in which the target method of dealing with the Waste must be specified. It is not allowed to use the Waste for the purposes specified in Article 96 of the Act, except for the use of Waste for the reclamation of a landfill
3. Due to the delivery of Waste by the Ordering Party by its own transport, the Ordering Party requires that each place (object) of waste management is located at a distance of no more than 200 km from the Environmental Protection Office. The Contractor may provide several places (objects) of waste management at a distance of no more than 200 km from the Environmental Protection Office. The Contractor is obliged to submit together with the offer a map with a marked route from the exit from WOŚ to each place (object).
4. The Contractor is obliged to provide in the attachment "Information on the place and method of sludge management" (Annex 4 to SWZ) m.in.:
4.1. the address of the place (facility) where it will carry out the management of Waste (in accordance with the decision or permit referred to in point 8.5.1. SWZ),
4.2. the actual number of kilometers from the Environmental Protection Vehicle to the place (object) of waste management (counting from the entrance gates of the facilities for a tractor unit with a semi-trailer with a maximum permissible weight of over 25 tons). This distance should be rounded to the nearest kilometres (rounding should be carried out on general mathematical principles).
5. The Contracting Authority shall verify the number of kilometres of the specified route provided by the Contractor using the tool available on the maps.google.pl website. If the number of kilometers calculated by the Contracting Authority during the verification referred to above is greater than 200 km from the Environmental Protection Office, the Contracting Authority will reject the offer pursuant to Article 226 paragraph 1 point 5) of the PPL Act – its content is inconsistent with the terms of the contract.
