The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of uninhabited real estate and the management of municipal waste from owners of residential real estate, as well as running a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point.

1. The subject of the order is the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of uninhabited real estate and the management of municipal waste from owners of residential real estate, as well as running a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point.

2. Employment of persons under an employment contract in the performance of the contract:

Within 3 days of the conclusion of this contract, the Contractor is obliged to submit to the Employer a statement on the employment of employees performing the contract covered by this contract under an employment contract within the meaning of the Act of 26.6.1974 - Labor Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018 ., item 917)., in particular persons performing physical work related to the performance of the contract, regardless of whether this work will be carried out by the Contractor or subcontractors (so-called manual workers).
