The subject of the proceedings is the distribution and sale of electricity in an estimated amount of 5968250 kWh for the period from 1 January to 31 December 2024 to facilities used by the Police in the Pomeranian garrison, excluding facilities subordinate to the KPP in Chojnice. Detailed information on supply facilities, tariffs and estimated kWh quantities is set out in Chapter IV of the Terms of Reference.

All the requirements set out in the procedure documents are minimum requirements and their fulfilment is mandatory. Failure to meet the minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the tender as non-compliant with the terms and conditions of the contract pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the Public Procurement Act.

The subject of the procedure is not covered by the list of Annex 15 to the Act of 09.09.2019r amending the Law on the Tax on Goods and Services and certain other laws (Journal of Laws 2019, item 1751).
